This Web site fully complies with 18 U.S.C. 2256 and 2257 and the regulations promulgated thereunder. The owners and operators of this Website are not the primary producers (as defined in 18 U.S.C. 2257) of any of the visual content contained in this Website.

It is our honest and reasonable interpretation of 18 USC 2257 that, based on D.O.J comments at page 29610, the site owners are exempt from the definitions of "primary" or "secondary" producers with respect to those images uploaded by individual site users (Which includes all images found in Mini_Wiki elements of the site). The comment this reasoning is based upon is presented below:

"Three commenters also commented that the definition of secondary producers as those who ``manage content'' on a computer site could be construed to include those who operate posting services such as Usenet, bulletin boards, and other similar services. According to those commenters, someone who removes illegal material such as child pornography could thereby submit themselves to the requirements of Part 75, while if that person did not remove such material, the person would be liable to prosecution for hosting child pornography. The Department declines to adopt this comment. Operators of such sites are obligated by law to remove child pornography from their sites and to report the attempt to post such pornography to law enforcement. Compliance with that legal obligation could not be construed as converting the operator into a producer of pornography for purposes of section 2257 and this regulation."

The owners and operators of this web site do not pre-screen, pre-approve, or edit images which are uploaded and posted to this site, nor do we monitor users who post images in real time through our automated posting process. Our function is solely to remove, to our best effort, any suspect copyrighted, inappropriate, or otherwise illegal photographs when posted by a user, in order to operate a law-abiding forum where consenting adults can express themselves and display images, which they maintain exclusive ownership and responsibility for.

All models, actors, actresses and other persons that appear in this Website were over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

The owners and operators of this site will only maintain on this site, pictures, graphics, videos or other visual media which are exempt from the provisions of 18 U.S.C. 2257 (a) through (c) and 28 C.F.R. 75 because those pictures, graphics, videos or other visual media:
(1) do not consist of depictions of sexually explicit conduct, but are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity,(2) contains only visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct made before July 3, 1995, or is produced, manufactured, published, duplicated, reproduced, or reissued before July 3, 1995; (3) contains only visual depictions of simulated sexually explicit conduct; (4) contains some combination of visual depictions described in (2) and (3) above; (5) have been certified by its primary producer to the operators of this Website (as secondary producers) to satisfy the standards under (2) through (4) above.

In keeping with compliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75, this Website maintains a database of records containing information of the models depicted in any non-exempt visual content. Please note that the operators of this web site will only release these records to Office of the United States Attorney General, or his designated representative, or as otherwise required by a governmental authority of competent jurisdiction pursuant to valid process, which records are available for inspection during regular office hours.
